SHIPPING POLICY

1. All orders received Monday-Thursday will ship within 24 hours.  All Orders received Friday-Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless Monday is a Holiday. We ship via USPS or UPS (depending on which option you select).
2. For all orders shipping in the Contiguous United States over $49, Brutus Broth offers free shipping via USPS. USPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays. Other shipping options are available for additional cost. All orders shipping in the Contiguous United States under $49 are subject to a $7.99 flat rate shipping cost.
3. For all orders shipping to HI or AK shipping is available via USPS and UPS.  The rates are calculated at checkout. USPS and UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday.  Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays.
4. Brutus Broth only offers International Shipping to Canada at this time via USPS or UPS.    The rates are calculated at checkout.  Shipping does not include Duties and Taxes which are the responsibility of the Customer.  USPS and UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday.  Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays.
5. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be sent in a confirmation email once the order is shipped.
6. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
